Public Comments Improve Public Funding
Providing comments to publicly funded initiatives is a great way to engage as a citizen and a content expert; but it can also support the broadening of horizons. Public comments are key to shaping how decisions get made at local, state and federal levels. While not the same as voting, public comments provide critical insight to public agencies about on-the-ground situations, helping to improve the relevance of public initiatives to the people they are meant to serve.
